- Nasal spray: (30ml) Use before entering a high risk area, if using continuously, twice a day. Stop using if experiencing any side effects. (Also could be used as a supplement) Children under 3: dilute 1:3 in distilled water. 0.4% povidone-iodine and distilled water.
- Mouth spray: (30ml) Before entering a high risk area. Stop using if experiencing any side effects 0.5% povidone-iodine, alcohol, mint flavouring
- Supplement: (30ml) To be used in all households to supplement the whole family. 1% povidone-iodine in distilled water
